Refund Policy
At Fossifills, we maintain a strict refund policy due to the nature of our influencer marketing services.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for services are non-refundable, as strategy, planning, and resource allocation begin immediately after confirmation.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by the client
- Service not initiated within the agreed timeline due to Fossifills’ fault
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered only if:
- Campaign execution has not started
- Both parties mutually agree to cancellation
4. Cancellation Policy
- Once a campaign has started, it cannot be canceled
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
5. Third-Party Factors
Fossifills is not responsible for delays or issues caused by influencers or platform changes. However, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
