5. Influencer Collaboration
We collaborate with third-party influencers. While we ensure due diligence:
- We are not liable for influencer actions beyond agreed deliverables
- Platform changes (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) may impact results
6. Intellectual Property
Campaign content may be used by Fossifills for portfolio, case studies, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the engagement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Fossifills shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments are not completed
- Misuse or unethical practices are detected
